Roman Video

Roman Video creates superb ass fetish videos depicting face-sitting, smothering and ass worship, featuring beautiful, lush-butted, very dominant women. Buttman Magazine Choice has released two collections of Roman Video scenes, “Asses Of Face Destruction” and “Asses Of Face Destruction 2.” The third volume is coming soon.

Former Buttman Magazine Managing Editor Ellen Thompson interviewed Roman Video’s creative force, Romulus, about his favorite fetish:

Like Buttman with his obsession for face dances and butt worship, Roman Video’s head honcho, Romulus, felt something was missing in the world of female smothering/face-sitting videos. He set out to define his own niche by utilizing the POV (point-of-view) camera angle, wherein the sex is shot as if the viewer is the one enjoying the girl. That is a welcome effect for so many of us who have no greater turn-on than to wedge our face firmly within the matching globes of a moist female butt flesh, nose pressed tight against the puckered sphincter, mouth and tongue forced to hungrily lap away at pussy juices. — Ellen Thompson

Ellen Thompson: Greetings to the mastermind of Roman Video.

Romulus: Mastermind? More like demented mind (laughs).

ET: When did you first discover the joy of having a woman’s plump butt cheeks planted onto your face?

R: For as long as I could remember, I had an ass fetish. I watched a lot of Buttman’s videos over the years, and my own obsession became much more intensified over time.

ET: You discovered there were others like you, then.

R: Yes, and it was a most pleasant discovery. I soon found a couple of fetish-oriented video companies that did smothering videos, so I happily offered to be in a few. There seemed to be elements that were missing in them — namely, the whole POV aspect, which I feel has a very powerful effect on the face-sitting enthusiast. That’s specifically what I enjoy watching; like the women talking to the camera, lowering their behinds onto it, etc. I craved that perspective.

ET: That’s because of its most important and powerful aspect: it gives the viewer the sense of voyeuristic realism.

R: Yes, it does, and that is why I started this company: to include those visuals. I incorporate that into every video I do. POV camera angles are very popular among the fans of this genre.

ET: How long have you been doing this?

R: Started the company about (six years) ago; but as far as the face-sitting, about (15) years or so.

ET: Were you at all surprised that the face-sitting genre is as popular as it is?

R: I was especially surprised to find the women who were into it!

ET: I agree. I myself get into the whole psychology of this genre...

R: It’s rare to find women who genuinely like to do this. They do exist, of course, but you really have to look hard to find them. And for the women who do this for a living, well, they sure get to live out their fantasies.

ET: I enjoy seeing women who are comfortable with it, that have realized and grasped their power with it. And I know that is a major turn-on for the guys who are into this. The whole female-dominant aspect is highly arousing.

R: (laughs) Oh, yes, absolutely. And it comes across so well when a woman is a natural dominant, and does feel comfortable face-sitting or trampling them. It’s that energy of the chemistry that gets passed between the Domme and the sub that I like to capture on film.

ET: I’ve seen more than my share of fetish videos; too many of which suffer from a lack of true chemistry between the players. To me, there’s nothing worse than canned emotions, save for perhaps canned laughter.

R: Yes, I know what you mean. It’s like, don’t do it if it isn’t real. But on the other hand, it’s interesting to see women who have never done it before who, after the second or third time, actually start to enjoy it. It becomes a powerful mental anchor, a real turn-on to them. That chemistry is often hard to find, but when you do, it’s pure magic. That really comes across on video, which, again, is what I try to capture.

ET: You’re basically doing what John Stagliano set out to do many years ago. He loved porn, but felt that what exactly it was that he himself wanted to see [ass worship and face-sitting] was lacking; hence the creation of the Buttman persona.

R: I’ve long admired John’s use of POV. Over the years, I’ve watched him really hone it. He seemed headed that way, whether he knew it or not.

ET: He had all the ass worship, the smothering, and then even some B/D elements like those in “The Fashionistas.”

R: All the right elements indeed.
